Premier League Works
The Premier League Works programme offers young adults, aged 16-25, who are not in education, training or employment, the opportunity to take part in an 12-week ‘back-to- work’ programme.
Focusing on developing employability, communication and teamwork skills, alongside the opportunity to undertake sports-based and employability qualifications, the programme’s aims are to improve confidence, motivation and self-esteem, in order to help overcome any potential barriers to employment.
The Premier League Works 12 week programme currently runs two cohorts per year. The next course will start in September 2018, if you or a young person you know is interested, please get in touch using the contact details below.
Once enrolled onto the course the timetable for 12 weeks would be as follows:
- Monday: St. Mary’s Stadium – 10am-1pm
- Wednesday: St Mary’s Stadium – 10am-1pm
- Thursday: St. Mary’s Stadium – 10am-1pm
- Friday: Goals Soccer Centre – 10am-1pm (Minibus available from St. Marys Stadium)
I’m now a youth worker for Saints Foundation’s Saints Connect programme, putting on positive activities for young people.” Casey Taylor – former Premier League Works participant
